Use your actual pay-run requirements to prepare a better software shortlist.
Start with the payroll you operate
Record the pay cycles, employee groups, variable hours, allowances and reports your team needs. Ask vendors to show how those requirements work in the current release.
Check local outputs and updates
Ask how the product supports the current Trinidad and Tobago statutory schedules, payslips and year-end outputs. Confirm the update process, support arrangements and responsibility for checking the final calculations.
Understand access and records
Ask about user permissions, approval logs, exports, data retention and recovery. A usable export and a defined exit process matter when changing systems or handing work to another administrator.
Budget for implementation
Consider setup, data cleanup, training, licensing and support. Wage Master can discuss the administrative process and your requirements. This guide does not endorse a specific vendor or claim an integration that has not been implemented.
